Hi, I’m Kelli Oglesby—an educator, instructional leader, and lifelong learner passionate about making education meaningful and engaging for every student. For more than a decade, I’ve worked in classrooms and leadership roles, designing lessons that spark curiosity and mentoring teachers to bring technology into learning in ways that truly make a difference.

I believe technology isn’t just a tool; it’s an opportunity to personalize learning, foster creativity, and prepare students for a future that demands adaptability and critical thinking. In my current role, I lead a grade-level content team, gifted eligibility, and help drive digital innovation by modeling best practices and supporting colleagues through collaboration and coaching. Every day, I strive to create learning environments where students feel challenged, inspired, and connected.

Currently pursuing an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology, I’m focused on deepening my expertise in digital learning and professional development. My goal is simple: to empower educators and students to thrive in a world where learning never stops.
